0xd75Ce41816424Afb648654A9C06B2cE6f315E5f8 (owner.ethos-foundation.eth) has owner permissions of the smart contracts and requires 3 of 5 signatures to manage the Ethos smart contracts

Ethos also uses an Admin permission for non-withdraw operations. This is protected by a multi-sig Safe and requires 2 of 5 signatures. The address for this Safe is 0x4E55b1b7fEd60C97B2f92944dA00dCbCB4D7C26B (admin.ethos-foundation.eth). A small number of operational keys also hold the Admin role on individual contracts for day-to-day duties such as invites and moderation. Admin cannot withdraw funds, change ownership, or upgrade a contract.

AdaptiveLMSRPricing has no owner: it is a stateless pricing library that nobody can change or replace.
$WHUF Token
Section titled “$WHUF Token”The $WHUF token contract is deployed on Base with a hard cap of 10,000,000 tokens, set at deployment and unchangeable. Minting is owner-only and enforced against that cap: the full 10,000,000 is minted in one transaction at TGE on September 8, 2026, and every mint after that reverts.
$WHUF was locked for everyone from the mint until listing on October 8, 2026. On September 28, the Foundation unlocked Treasury so it can supply market makers, and all other minted $WHUF stays locked until listing. The lock list can grow but never shrink, and the lock can’t be reapplied after listing.
The owner is the 3-of-5 Ethos Foundation owner multisig 0xd75Ce41816424Afb648654A9C06B2cE6f315E5f8 listed above, operating under a board-approved key management policy. After October 8, 2026, ownership is renounced to the zero address. From that point $WHUF has no owner: no mint, no pause, no upgrade, ever.

$WHUF Wallets
Section titled “$WHUF Wallets”All $WHUF allocations and operational wallets are held in Safe multi-signature wallets on Base. Each requires 3-of-5 signer approval for any transaction. Contributor rewards are held and emitted directly by the EthosRewards smart contract (no multisig).
